About Me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Approved Clinical Supervisor in Oregon. My work focuses on supporting clinicians and professionals who are navigating complex clinical, organizational, and leadership responsibilities.
I entered private practice with the goal of building environments where people could work well, think clearly, and grow sustainably. I founded Discover Counseling as a solo practitioner and grew it into a successful group practice. I later co-founded Life Discovery Counseling Services with a business partner, which has since expanded into a multi-site group practice.
In addition to clinical supervision, I provide consulting for therapists and practice leaders and coaching for professionals who want greater clarity, confidence, and steadiness in how they lead and make decisions. My work draws on over 14 years of experience as a professional counselor, supervisor, and business owner, helping others translate insight into practical action.
I also co-host the Shrink Think podcast with Nathan Hawkins, where we explore clinical work, professional judgment, leadership, and the realities of building meaningful careers in helping professions.
