Clinical Supervision
I am an Oregon Board-approved Clinical Supervisor providing supervision for registered interns pursuing licensure. I work with clinicians who want thoughtful, grounded supervision as they navigate clinical work, ethical questions, and professional development.
My approach to supervision is collaborative, practical, and reflective. I aim to help supervisees think clearly about their clinical work, develop confidence in their judgment, and work through complex cases with greater steadiness over time.
I place strong emphasis on the person of the therapist — how you think, relate, and carry responsibility in your work. Supervision is not about having the “right answer,” but about developing the capacity to reason through difficult clinical and ethical decisions with integrity and confidence.
I work alongside supervisees without overfunctioning or taking responsibility for their work. My goal is to support your growth while helping you develop trust in your own clinical judgment, especially in moments of uncertainty or complexity.
